What do we provide for you to make your hunt of a lifetime an enjoyable, exciting and easy
experience? First there is no additional cost to the customer to use an outfitter. The fee is
paid by the Professional Hunter (PH), so you will get the same or better rates then if you booked
directly with the PH, but you will get the following services:
- Start off with a detailed discussion to determine what you want to accomplish on your
safari and your physical condition. We can then make a determination of how much time you
will need to try to meet your expectations and what type of hunting would be best for you.
- Help find a PH that meets your expectations and requirements(physical ability, type of
hunting, area to hunt, time frame, available animals, etc.)
- Ensure the areas you will be hunting contain the animals on your list. In most cases we
have already been to these areas.
- Provide you with a comprehensive list of items which you will need to obtain and complete
prior to and during your travels. This includes paper work required to bring your firearms
and ammunition into and out of South Africa as well as back ino the US.
- Provide you with a suggested list of items you may want to bring on your trip.
- Work with the PH to setup and secure your preferred dates for the safari, ensure there
are permits available for the animals you want in the areas you will hunt and that the
appropriate accommodations are available.
- Provide tips on the best travel arrangements and provide contacts.
- Make recommendations regarding the number of firearms to bring, caliber, amount of
ammunition, type of bullets, how much and what type of practice you should take, etc.
- Most important, I will be here to answer any questions you may have regarding your safari
and when asked, share with you some of my experiences.
